Sixth Former, Stephen Fielden, has been awarded one of 25 places on this summer's Space Camp at Andøya Rocket Range in Norway. The 25 successful participants were selected from applicants from around the world. Stephen is one of two chosen from the UK.

The Space Camp was first held in 1996 and is supported by the European Space Agency. The subjects dealt with vary from the Northern Lights to rockets, satellite communication and astronaut training. The students work alongside some of Europe's best scientists and get to use advanced equipment while preparing for a rocket launch at the end of the camp.
